Buses on Bank Holiday Monday 2nd January

Happy New Year to all our readers!

Here's how our region's buses are running on Bank Holiday Monday 2nd January:

Sunday service on all operators, apart from:

First Southampton will be running a Sunday service on all routes, plus a special timetable on routes 9 and 13 (which don't normally have a Sunday service):

Salisbury Reds have a Public Holiday timetable on their Park & Ride routes, with a Sunday service on all other routes.

Yellow Buses will run a Saturday service on all routes.

Normal service resumes with all operators from Tuesday 3rd January. If you normally use Xelabus X11 (Southampton City Centre-Lordshill North), don't forget that from Tuesday it becomes Wheelers W2 with no changes to the route - timetable here.

See a summary of upcoming bus service changes across the region here.

  1. In Today's post "upcoming changes"

With Bournemouth' Yellow Buses New Network (15th January 2017) - the coloured chart on their website has now gone interactive and one can now take a tour of the new network - there are 50 pages that presumably will become the new timetable replacing the seven coloured leaflets.

    3. They did. Pity it was not the full one as bus station would have been available as no Scoach buses.
